This is the story of WAYNE BRUSE and the awakening of SUPERWHO ... the superhero within. Wayne Bruse is a good-natured, 14 year old who always tries to do the right thing. After years of duckin' and dodgin,' close calls and unceremonious beat downs, a matter of the heart drives Wayne to impulsively quest to make a difference in his neighborhood. Armed with his wits and an array of carefully crafted gadgets, SuperWho does his best to right wrongs. Only one problem, he doesn't have any real super powers... or does he?
